On page 99 it writes about the first time he fell in love with the game of baseball. the feelinghe had when he first heared it who were hios influences and the his favorite player. this could really help him remember the good times he had as a kid. when ever he would pass slide step he wold get nervous because he is afraid of what to say to him. In chapter 15 this is all about tim and slide step playing basket ball and how the whole point of the game is to humiliate the oppenent.so when he called out a foul slide step didnt care so he just dominated the game and beat tim. Which triggerd a memory about him in middle school in gym when he was emmbrassesd to take a shower with the other people. By the end of their game tim calls him a "black bastar" it was just a quick reaction to him when he got embrassed so he ran off to his cell. slide step ran after him and when he opened the door slide "he was kissing him passionatly as the tears continued down his face.we climbed under the bed vto hide from veiw of a passing gaurd and slide step f***** me for the first time". In chapter 16 slide step tells him that he has feelings for him.

Reaction
i thought that this was very confusing because slide step when he found out the at he owned t.j. he seemed a little discourard but at the same time he knew he would be a new addition. Now he is having feelings for him and tim doesnt know what to do about it. Every new chapter starts with his memory and that tells me a little bit of what the story is about in a way.I think that by the end of this he will finally know who he really is.
